I really enjoyed my room - good-sized with very well equipped kitchen. The location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from Marc Chagall National Museum.

In general the service was friendly. I was offered extra pillows when needed. The location was great and lovely, very near to the train station, in the nice area. Besides, it was around 15 mins walk to Mamac Museum. Local cuisine was served in the beach restaurant.

It was in a favourable location very close to a Gothic church. The room was recently refurbished and great-sized and offered a shower, hairdryers, and guest toiletries, so that guests had essentials.

The hotel met all requests, it was a lovely stay for 2 nights. The rooms were newly remodelled and large and included a living area and a kitchen etc. The venue's location was magnificent, just next door to shops and restaurants and the main shopping area and the promenade.

Staying here made me feel like royalty! The location is superb, situated in the city center and near to a bustling shopping street. It's also in a beautiful historical building with plenty of garden furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoor scenery. The service here makes you feel like a VIP with amenities such as tours/ticket assistance, luggage storage, dry cleaning, laundry, and car hire. The staff was always there to help, from the express check-in/out to the VIP check-in/out, they made sure every need was taken care of. The rooms are soundproofed and beautifully furnished with everything you need from an in-room safe and ironing facilities to a kitchen and dining table.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

This is not a hotel, this is renting an apartment with everything you need in it. If you are looking for a budget/backpacker place, or is a big family that don't want to eat out every day, but save money by cooking your own food this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel with swimming pool and a place close to the beach, this is not the place for you. However, they let you borrow the towels to the beach:) + Close to shopping area
